Terms of sale
These terms apply to purchases at oroxid.hr. The seller is Croatian partner d.o.o. (to be confirmed), registered address, OIB and contact details to follow.
Orders are binding once you receive the order confirmation by email. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before payment.
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, KEKS Pay or cash on delivery. A fiscalised invoice is issued for every order.
Delivery
We ship from our warehouse in Croatia within 1–2 working days. You can choose GLS home delivery (€3.90), a GLS ParcelShop or ParcelLocker (€2.90), a BOX NOW parcel locker (€2.50) or Hrvatska pošta to your home, a post office or a parcel machine (€3.50, 2–4 working days).
Delivery is free with every method on orders over €40. Cash on delivery is possible with GLS home delivery and Hrvatska pošta (+€1.50).
We currently deliver within Croatia only.
Returns and withdrawal
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons, opened products can only be returned if they are faulty.
To return a product, write to pomoc@oroxid.hr with your order number. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return.
Privacy policy
We process personal data only to fulfil orders, answer questions and, with your consent, send newsletters. The controller is Croatian partner d.o.o. (to be confirmed).
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
